The responsible party whom is described as the "Renter" in this contract
agrees to the "Terms & Conditions" stated herein as evidenced by his or hers signature.
Client warrants and represents that he or she is at least 21 years of age.
A $300. credit card deposit (Visa or Master Card only) will be charged to Renter at time of booking.
Renters signature authorizes the use of the credit card on file for deposit and any damages or overtime that may accrue at time of rental.
Deposit will be forfeited if reservation is canceled, anytime after reservation was taken. Cancellations made within 2 days (48hrs) of pick up date / time will be subject to 100% of contract.
PAYMENTS:
Corporate checks are accepted when notified. Visa or Master Card accepted for deposit. You can pay the whole amount with your credit card if requested. Balances are due in cash upon boarding.
POLICIES:
Driver has unlimited right to terminate ride if any terms and conditions are breached.
No Smoking of any kind on our buses. $200. fine charged to CC on file if caught.
Occupancy not guaranteed do to individual persons size.
The bus must have a destination. We won't drive around in circles. If you don't have an itinerary one will be chosen for you. Or if you want to stay on the bus the driver will park.
We don't supply alcohol. Clients 21 years of age can stock the bar themselves. (ice, cups etc. are not provided)
No under age drinkers. If caught your ride will be terminated and the driver will take you back to the drop off point. Parents will be notified. No refund will be offered.
No food allowed on board.
Client agrees to any and all damage done to vehicle that they have caused.
Not responsible for actions of intoxicated passengers both before and after their ride on the bus. Passengers drink at their own risk. Partylounge assumes no responsibility for intoxicated passengers and the harm they may cause to themselves or others.
Fights on board will terminate the ride on the spot, no refunds offered.
No weapons or controlled substances allowed on board.
Client must pay at time of boarding.
No refunds or prorating time if bus is late due to traffic, accidents, acts of God etc.
Cleaning fee of $400. is charged to card on file if the bus is excessively abused. Major spills, barf, gum etc.
PartyLounge is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items left on bus. If an item is found the Renter will be notified. It is up to the renter to retrieve the item.
Jobs ending before the contractual time are not subject to a refund. We do not prorate time.
Drivers have no authority to renegotiate contracts.
PartyLounge Trans. Inc. assumes no responsibility whatsoever, under any circumstances, for any passengers injuring themselves while on board. Not responsible for passengers behavior in or outside of the bus. Not responsible for passengers that commit any crimes and or placed under arrest. Renter agrees to arbitration. Renter is responsible for his guest know as "Passengers" in this contract and any negative actions them may perpetrate to themselves or others. Renters signature indicates full agreement with all terms and conditions outlined herein.
